Mike Gowen has established himself as one of the go-to media relations executives in the industry. Not confined to any one musical genre, he’s become known as an invaluable utility player on an artist’s team as he currently ignites his 14th consecutive year in public relations. In January 2019, Gowen founded Milestone Publicity, further building upon his already lengthy resume of being hands-on with the PR campaigns for icons and emerging talent.
The firm has now become one of the top sought-after PR companies in the field, representing Rock & Roll Hall of Famers, GRAMMY Award-winners, CMA Award-winners, multi-platinum selling artists, and Songwriter Hall of Famers, in addition to Emmy and Golden Globe Award-winning talent.
Utilizing his close relationships with the full-spectrum of media, Mike strategically designs campaigns to deliver results and meet client goals. Whether he’s consulting or spearheading a national press campaign on behalf of a client, Mike’s vision at Milestone is to ensure that every client feels a wealth of value is being provided.

After breaking into the industry in 2010, Shaunelle has spent a majority of her time bringing awareness to national and regional markets across the country. Shaunelle has been a hands-on publicist for a wide variety of tours through the years, including: Bon Jovi, Dancing with the Stars’ Maks & Val Tour, Gwen Stefani, Kiefer Sutherland, Paul Rodgers, Rob Thomas, Slightly Stoopid, Steely Dan and Trans-Siberian Orchestra.
JessICA Bonner
Vice President, publicity
After earning her degree from the University of New Hampshire, Boston-native Jessica Bonner headed west to Los Angeles to pursue her passion for the entertainment industry. With a background in music, including a recording contract with Rounder Records, she decided to shift focus to the business side of the industry. Bonner began her career in music public relations, gaining valuable experience managing national and regional publicity campaigns for events like Made in America and Ohana Festival, as well as for artists such as Heart and Ozzy Osbourne. Later, she expanded her expertise into restaurant and event PR, where she spearheaded creative campaigns, organized local community events, along with digital marketing. Now in her third year at Milestone Publicity, Bonner is delighted to be back in the realm of music public relations, where her journey first started. She's eager to leverage her diverse experience in this familiar setting.

Lily Collins
ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
Beginning her Public Relations career in Austin, TX — where she graduated with a degree from The University of Texas — Lily moved to Nashville in 2021 with the goal of combining her passions for music and communications. Prior to joining Milestone as an associate publicist, she gained experience working on a variety of campaigns for artists such as Luke Bryan, Carly Pearce, and Russell Dickerson.

Campbell Jenkins
ASSOCIATE PUBLICIST
While earning her Bachelor’s degree at Belmont University, Campbell Jenkins obtained knowledge of the music industry from every perspective. After a stretch with a PR agency in Los Angeles, she found her way back to Nashville and accepted an opportunity with Milestone Publicity, assisting other publicists on several of Milestone’s client campaigns. Quickly growing and exceeding expectations, Jenkins was promoted to Associate Publicist to deepen her hands-on experience and skillset with clients.
