NASHVILLE, TN (September 18, 2020) — A year after making their successful radio debut with “Fast Train,” rock trio Brother Elsey have released their intoxicating new single, “Honey,” via 745 Music along with a fiery music video.
The band—Brady Stablein (lead vocals/guitar), Jack Stablein (guitar/background vocals) and Beau Stablein (bass/background vocals)—explore a new sonic landscape demonstrating the growth that has occurred since their last major release. The song was co-written and produced by manager Jay Emmons (The Glorious Sons) and John-Angus MacDonald (The Trews).
“‘Honey’ is a song that came from a writing prompt by a fan,” says Brady Stablein. “I like to pose a question asking people what I should write about, and honey was an idea that caught my eye right away. Honey can be sexy and sweet and messy as hell and I like the idea of drowning in it.”
Bonded by the ties of blood and bone, Brother Elsey delivers the nuances of the human experience by way of alternative rock and Americana. This Michigan trio have built a loyal fan base by flawlessly combining captivating live performances, angelic harmonies and timeless songs. In 2018, they shared the stage with The Glorious Sons catching the eye of lead guitarist Jay Emmons and since have been on a collaborative musical journey. Brother Elsey have a way of encapsulating everyday moments within melodies like snapshots from an old polaroid and are ready to capture the hearts of the entire world.
Brother Elsey are planning for subsequent singles to continue releasing into 2021.
