NASHVILLE, TN (October 25, 2023) — Milestone Publicity — the Nashville-based full-service public relations firm — has issued numerous staff promotions, effective immediately. Taran Smith and Lily Collins have both ascended to the positions of Account Executives at the company while Campbell Jenkins has been elevated to an Associate Publicist role within the firm.
University of Texas graduate Lily Collins joined Milestone in August of 2022 where, day-after-day, she displayed an unparalleled work ethic, deepening her knowledge of public relations and relationships in the industry. Recently Collins has been instrumental in national and tour campaigns with artists such as Lonestar, Gin Blossoms, Sugar Ray, Uncle Kracker, The Dryes, and Amanda Stewart, among others.
Since graduating from Belmont University with a BBA in Music Business, Taran Smith has been quickly cementing her career in the music industry as a go-to publicist. Since joining Milestone in April of 2022, Smith has continually sharpened her public relations expertise in multiple genres, working with the likes of Leftover Salmon, Shaylen, Michael Cleveland, Robbie Fulks, Theo Kandel, Gaby Moreno, and many others.

While earning her Bachelor’s degree at Belmont University, Campbell Jenkins obtained knowledge of the music industry from every perspective. After a stretch with a PR agency in Los Angeles, she found her way back to Nashville and accepted an opportunity with Milestone Publicity, assisting other publicists on several of Milestone’s client campaigns. Quickly growing, taking initiative and exceeding expectations, Jenkins has now been promoted to an Associate Publicist to be even more hands on with client campaigns.
